ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI TIKTOK SEBAGAI MEDIA DAKWAH DI ERA MODERN
Abstract
This research was conducted to know the activities of social media users. Nowadays, social media or social media has a significant influence on the level of people's lives from the age of children to adults, inseparable from the existence of social media, not using the TikTok application. Researchers conducted interviews and documentation to produce objective data using a virtual ethnographic approach, this method became a reference for analyzing netizen responses (TikTokers) related to Islamic da'wah content through the TikTok platform which is a form of cyber activity. Writing data analyzed qualitatively. From the results of reading comments on posts by TikTok netizens regarding the content of a young Islamic preacher, Husain Basyaiban, researchers found that TikTok social media is a platform that is promised in the spread of Islam in this era of globalization, as evidenced by the response to da'wah posts getting more positive reactions than negative. This is because it pays attention to Islamic principles and is designed as attractively as possible without containing deviant elements.
